This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit with one available car park. You will be only sharing the flat with me. 🙂

The room comes with a single-sized bed (complete with bedsheet, blanket, pillows, pillow cases), AC, study table, chair, wardrobe and bedside table. Your own bathroom is right outside the bedroom (comes with rain shower!). There’s more room for storage in the communal area if needed.

The kitchen is equipped with oven, induction stoves, large refrigerator, plates / bowls/ utensils are also provided by the landlord.

Living room consists of TV with HDMI cable, so you can Netflix and chill. 🙂

The washing machine in the flat comes with dryer function which saves you trouble for hanging clothes on rainy days.

The condo comes with swimming pools, gyms, tennis court, basketball court, jacuzzis/sauna and other entertainment facilities. There is also a 7 eleven downstairs.

The location of the flat is close to central KL. There are also plenty of nice restaurants/café around within walking distance.
2 mins walk to bus stop that takes you to KL Sentral, Pasar Seni and other hotspots in the city.
4 mins drive to MidValley Mega Mall (Grab around RM5-8)
7 mins drive to Bangsar South
8 mins drive to KL Sentral
16 mins drive to KLCC
25 mins drive to SZB airport (great for frequent travels)
