The kitchen is equipped with oven, induction stoves, large refrigerator, plates / bowls/ utensils are also provided by the landlord.
Living room consists of TV with HDMI cable, so you can Netflix and chill. 🙂
The washing machine in the flat comes with dryer function which saves you trouble for hanging clothes on rainy days.
The condo comes with swimming pools, gyms, tennis court, basketball court, jacuzzis/sauna and other entertainment facilities. There is also a 7 eleven downstairs.
The location of the flat is close to central KL. There are also plenty of nice restaurants/café around within walking distance.
2 mins walk to bus stop that takes you to KL Sentral, Pasar Seni and other hotspots in the city.
